Quoting and Detailing Services
The beMatrix® commitment to service starts with quoting and detailing. An experienced staff of Detailers and Account Managers receives requests in the form of rough designs, renderings or hand sketches and interprets them into beMatrix® solutions. The result is a CAD/quote package that includes elevation, floor plan, and isometric views, detailed quote and a dynamic three-dimensional model.
Engineering and Customization
When a project requires custom sized or shaped frames, or requires special engineering, the beMatrix® team of technical experts analyze the requirements and determine the best and most efficient solution.
The software used by beMatrix® detailers and engineers is beCAD™. This proprietary software, that runs on the Autocad® Inventor platform, allows beMatrix® detailers to efficiently design and detail. beMatrix™ customers wishing to bring that function in-house can do so with a license agreement.
Also available are beMatrix® CAD blocks/libraries in popular formats: DXF, DWG and Sketchup.
Domestic Production, Large Inventories & Short Production Times
beMatrix® frames are produced in a 44,000 square foot "state-of-the-art" production facility in Norcross, GA. A large inventory of raw materials, assembled frames and hardware ensure quick product deliveries.
beMatrix® Approved Service Providers
beMatrix's razor-sharp focus is on producing and selling beMatrix® frames and hardware, which results in high quality, quick lead times and continuous product innovation. Ancillary services such as frame rental, graphic production, conceptual exhibit design and LEDskin™ rental are provided by qualified and vetted Approved Service Providers found in the Download section under Leaflets/General Resources.
After the Sale
Each customer is assigned a Regional Sales Representatives and Account Manager. The Regional Sales Representative is available for on-site product introduction and training. The Account Manager is available to support customers with product information, order placement, and process questions.
Several times a year beMatrix® runs a highly rated beAcademy for designers, project managers and operations staff. beAcademy is a two day educational session focused on helping clients better understand the technical aspects of beMatrix®.
